If you only want us to do this on an as-needed basis, we can still help you with that but it will be a bit more expensive since we will charge by the hour.

No, the service hours in your plan are for that month only. This is done to make sure we can guarantee the right amount of care needed for each client. We do this by making sure we always reserve the right amount of time that is needed to maintain our high-quality service.

Our maintenance plan was created to proactively prevent any of such things to happen. However, due to external updates, changes or other unforeseen situations something can always happen. At that point, we are here to help you solve the problem right away and make sure your site is back to normal in no time. 

We can basically do any WordPress-related task that fits within your support time. This may vary from content edits/updates to (small) design improvements.

If your tasks take up more support hours than you have in your plan, we will evaluate the work needed for it and contact you upfront. At that point, we can either charge you an hourly rate or offer you a package deal (with a certain amount of hours at discount) that is valid for 12 months.
