When our website has encountered bugs, outages, or unexpected issues, they're on it immediately. Third, they've consistently overdelivered on development work outside of our maintenance plan. If we ask them to solve something we can't handle ourselves, they'll often complete the work and then send us a short video explaining exactly what they did so we can learn from it in the future.
