Bridge Together
Overview
Bridge Together is a Canadian online hub and collaboration platform designed to strengthen support for privately sponsored refugees and newcomers. It is an IRCC-funded Service Delivery Improvement project led by Catholic Crosscultural Services (CCS), in partnership with the Centre for Immigrant and Community Services (CICS) and North York Community House (NYCH).
What We Have Created
We designed and built Bridge Together, a centralized, accessible online hub that connects private refugee sponsors, sponsored newcomers, and settlement service providers across Canada.
As part of an IRCC-funded Service Delivery Improvement project led by Catholic Crosscultural Services (CCS) in partnership with the Centre for Immigrant and Community Services (CICS) and North York Community House (NYCH), the platform was created to strengthen coordination, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within Canada’s private sponsorship ecosystem.
What we delivered:
- An intuitive Q&A community space where sponsors, newcomers, and settlement professionals can ask questions, share real experiences, and solve challenges together in real time.
- A curated resource library packed with practical guides, tools, and best practices specifically tailored to the private refugee sponsorship pathway.
- Dedicated engagement features, including clear pathways to join the Advisory Table and Engagement Group, so users can actively co-create solutions and shape better settlement outcomes.
- A clean, fully accessible, mobile-friendly design that brings all three stakeholder groups together in one welcoming, easy-to-navigate digital space.
Built around the core principles of Connect • Collaborate • Co-Create, Bridge Together transforms how the sponsorship community works together, fostering stronger relationships, clearer pathways, and measurably better settlement experiences for newcomers.
The result is a living platform that doesn’t just share information, it builds community and drives real impact.
